Nursing Care

Supporting independent living, whatever your care needs

MSH Healthcare offers a fully managed nurse-supported clinical care service, enabling individuals with more complex healthcare conditions to live independently at home. Working with 60 clinical commissioning groups across the UK, as well as a network of case managers and solicitors, we offer responsive, flexible solutions that deliver maximum choice and independence.

With extensive clinical experience from within the NHS, our clinical team of nurses – each registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council – manage care packages supporting a wide range of clinical conditions. They provide full face-to-face assessments, handpick expertly trained carers and personal assistants, and ensure continuity and co-ordination of care through effective carer and customer partnerships. This includes post-discharge rehabilitation plans, nutrition and physiotherapy.

From supporting people with progressive neurological conditions such as different types of dementia, through to an acquired brain or spinal cord injury, our registered nurses have specialisms in tracheostomy care, ventilator care, gastrostomy and complex continence needs, including catheter and stoma care. They place a special focus on the individual, developing safe and tailored care packages that enable independent living, whether that be at work, university or fulfilling goals, hobbies and interests.

We offer a continuous service with ongoing support and extra clinical training as required via our unique MSH app.

Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, we deliver outcomes to individuals whose needs are often deemed too difficult to support at home.

ARRANGING CARE

During a care assessment, we’ll assist you in handpicking a carer from our team. We can also assess whether any additional mobility aids or adaptations are needed for your home and help you through this process.

All of our carers are employed directly by us with regular reviews and ongoing training to ensure you’re getting the best kind of care. That’s one of the many reasons why we’re the Cumbria’s favourite for home care.
